We Guarantee and do our best to have all orders shipped out of our sale center within 1-7 business days of your payment processing successfully.
The time it takes your order to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Any shipping time starts AFTER the order has shipped, which can be up to 7 business days from the purchase. If you pay for Express shipping, this guarantees that your order will arrive within 1 to 2 business days AFTER the order has shipped.
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $1000 and they will be sent using USPS First class shipping. If you want to receive your order sooner, you have the option of paying for another shipping method at the checkout.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange for Accident or Defective Animals
If you have received a defective animal during delivery, please email us at sales@exoticwildpets.com . We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase.
Delayed / Lost Deliveries:
Over 99% of the time, our deliveries arrive on time safe with no delays. On occasion a delivery will get lost in the shipping process, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the order, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the delivery. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS.
